Abstract
Throughout history , the rulers had come to the conclusion that they cannot rule by force alone . Therefore , they tried to legitimize their government in different ways. In ancient Iran, the idea of the divinity of the monarchy, Khvarenah , and relative honor were among the foundations of legitimacy These concepts had gradually become a part of people's beliefs. After Islam, this idea continued, so that most of the rulers, while extending their ancestry to the ancient kings, They tried to consolidate the foundations of their power by raising the idea of the divinity of the monarchy and , Khvarenah . In the meantime , Iranian theoreticians and writers, with their knowledge of the political thought of ancient Iran, tried to consolidate the position of the Muslim sultan based on the legitimizing foundations of ancient Iran. One of the most important periods that expressed a new approach to this issue was the Safavid dynasty. Meanwhile, Sadr al-Din Ibrahim Amini Heravi, who was familiar with the admonitions, policy documents, and political thought of his predecessors, played a significant role . In such a way that in the book of Fotoohat Shahi's , the idea of the divinity of the position of kingship , Divine Farrah and relative honor is clearly reflected. In this article, an attempt has been made to answer this question by referring to the sources and descriptive- analytical method, which of the legitimizing foundations of ancient Iran is reflected in the book of Fotoohat Shahi's ?
