Aims and Scope

The journal of Iranian Civilization Research (ICR) is in the process of achieving the goals of scientific development of the country and in order to expand the frontiers of knowledge, especially to improve the quality of studies in the field of the rich history of culture and civilization of Iran. Undoubtedly, the publication of this journal, in addition to creating opportunities and motivation for research in the fields of the history of Iranian culture and civilization before Islam and the history of Iranian culture and civilization in the Islamic period, the possibility of publishing scientific and research articles and the latest achievements of faculty members, researchers, and students. It will also provide a supplement. Therefore, the main purpose of publishing this journal is the growth and expansion of Iranian-Islamic culture and the publication of research papers by experts and intends to explore the important theoretical and scientific challenges in these areas. Undoubtedly, to achieve such a goal, a relatively long time must be spent for all researchers, professors, and students of the country's universities to know the journal and submit their latest scientific achievements to this journal. Joining international publications will be one of the main perspectives of the present journal.

To publish the results of innovative and valuable research in the fields of the history of Iranian culture and civilization, this journal intends to publish the research news of esteemed experts and researchers. Undoubtedly, promoting Iranian-Islamic culture, expanding the frontiers of knowledge, and increasing information and scientific research are among the goals of the publication of this journal. In this regard, articles written in historical fields, such as the history of pre-Islamic Iranian culture and civilization, the history of Iranian culture and Islamic civilization, and in general publishes new and original research with scientific and research content in the mentioned fields and with emphasis on being research-oriented.

Aims and Scope
The journal of Iranian Civilization Research (ICR) aims to expand and develop theoretical and methodological innovation in the historical-civilization fields and seeks to publish research and review articles related to the following fields:

1. recognizing Iranian customs and traditions in the pre-Islamic and Islamic eras;
2. discussing theoretical and methodological developments in the field of civilizational history of Iran before Islam and Iran during the Islamic period;
3. investigating Iran's historical-civilization interactions with other nations and countries;
4. analyzing and explaining the thoughts of religious and cultural elders of Iran; and 
5. creating convergence between the knowledge of history and other fields of humanities.

Vision
The journal of Iranian Civilization Research (ICR) is carried out to achieve the goals of the country's scientific development and to expand the boundaries of knowledge, especially to improve the quality of studies in the field of the history of Iran's civilization. Preparing a suitable platform for reflecting the research results of researchers with the aim of understanding Iran's historical-civilizational issues in the fields of civilization, society, culture, and religion is one of the most important prospects of the mentioned two-quarter magazine. Joining international scientific communities is another prospect for this journal.
