Abstract

The Eshraf’s and Barid’s courts were part of the Ghaznavid court system. The agents of those courts, i.e., Moshrefs and Barids had the duty to help the political-social stability of that dynasty by monitoring and inspecting and informing and informing about the work behaviors of other court and court officials, as well as the movements of foreign enemies. Among them, there were some Moshrefs and Barids who violated their job duties and were infected with immoral and treacherous behaviors for various reasons. The purpose of the present research is to answer the question of why the Ghaznavid kings had to control the behavior of the Moshrefs and Barids in a descriptive-analytical way, and with the historical method and collecting information in a library form, while analyzing and investigating the aspects of betrayal in the behavior of the Moshrefs and Barids. In the framework of an institutionalized system, they were codified and limited. The results of this article showed that the treacherous behavior of Moshrefs and Barids had been able to have many harmful political, social and financial effects on the Ghaznavid government, because not only the smallest aspects of the country's social life, including the general peace of the people, had been affected, but also in A wider level even had its effects on the territorial integrity and political existence of that dynasty.
